Design Philosophy

Install ability

Installer friendliness was paramount during the R&D process when we designed the components. Our veteran team of industry experts had the know-how to ensure the installers’ job was made as easy as possible and the manufacturing techniques were simplified yet strengthened. Verticali was the very first certified all Australian made side tracking blind and easier to install than any other on the market.

Componentry

Component reduction and keeping the SKU requirements to a minimum was another primal design focus. Some side channel blinds have a library of parts required to manufacture their systems. The stock holdings and possible mistake variables increase with each component and specification. Simplicity is key and component reduction of the specification variables minimises manufacturing errors and significantly reduced stock holdings for our manufacturers.

Manufacturing

Fabric cutting and manufacturing for side tracking blinds traditionally presented a labour-intensive process which left itself open to a myriad of possible mistakes and weaknesses. The common manufacturing methods and shortfalls that had been accepted by our industry got flipped on its head with our simple and easy manufacturing technique which not only simplified and streamlined the process it made it more durable and eliminated the common stress points found in other side-tracking blind products. Our fabric manufacturing design ensures a much longer life for the product than its competition.
